IN BECOMING PART OF 'SCHULL CAMPUS' CAN CONTACT US HERE
Schull Campus is about spending time with wonderful, knowledgeable, widely experienced people, in beautiful West Cork.
OPEN FORUMS We will be holding free open forums for individuals who would like to explore and expand topics together. How exciting would it be to brainstorm and participate in creating new ways of thinking and living. Tapping the benefits through integrating a cross-section of ideas and knowledge is our ultimate goal. Floating Forums
Floating Forums wil be held at random venues with various topics chosen in advance (for particular speakers) and some evenings will be dedicated to spontaneous conversions of ideas. The concept is simple and generic by design so everyone is welcome. Hopefully we can create an atmosphere that creates it's own momentum, and within time, Amalgamates into further inventive workshops. Interested speakers, hosts or participants should contact us here. If you are interested in participating contact us and we will keep you up-to-date as these floating forums are organised. We hope to make these regular events and encourage participation by individuals from all walks of life, be it farming, business, technical, leisure and anyone that feels they have something to offer - no matter how insignificant you feel it is. We are all interesting to others.
Schull Campus builds courses and workshops around the people living in and visiting the area. It is a whole new level of learning. No pressure, no panic, no nonsense, just allowing the course / workshop givers and takers to get the very best out of each other. In doing so the reignited and reenergised minds will be more creative, more innovative, more positive in the workplaces, homes and communities to which they return.
In Dr. Campbells article on www.schullcampus.com he suggests that: ‘new sustainable practices can revolutionise food production’ ‘a radical reduction in the food chain’ ‘a new regionalism may effect the political structure’ ‘smaller political units come to prominence’ ‘if conflicts arise, they may be more local than global’
